  • Table & courtyard setup (including changes during the event)

  • Dedicated Event Attendant

    • Greets vendors and guests

    • Coordinates arrivals and flow

    • Oversees food setup & replenishment

    • Maintains presentation of buffet / bar / stations

    • Handles light resets (trash, restrooms, surfaces)

    • Serves as the day-of point of contact (so you are not)

  • Timeline support to keep everything running smoothly

50% retainer due at booking

Remaining 50% due 30 days prior to your event
