Dove Manor hosts up to 50 guests for seated events, with both indoor and outdoor areas available.
Rental includes access to the venue during your reserved time, tables and chairs for up to 50 guests, and basic beautification of the grounds before your event. You also receive a set-up and post-event support window.
A Post-Event Support Fee is already included in your flat rental fee. There are no hidden or additional fees. Our post-event support covers venue readiness, light reset, and trash removal. However, guests are responsible for leaving the space in broom-clean condition and removing all personal items and decor.
Yes! Dove Manor allows outside catering and food trucks. Your caterer must bring all necessary serving items, as the venue does not provide kitchen access or serving staff. You may also bring your own food and use crockpots or chafing dishes.
Yes, alcohol is allowed for private events. If you plan to serve alcohol, we recommend hiring a licensed bartender and checking local ordinances. (We can provide a list of trusted vendors.)
Standard rentals includes up to a 6-hour event window, which includes ample time for setup and breakdown.
Absolutely. However, no nails, tacks, or adhesives may be used on walls or furniture. We recommend freestanding decorations, tabletop arrangements, and floral stands. The space is already highly aesthetic with string lights and other .

We do not offer day-of coordination or staffing, but we're happy to recommend experienced professionals we trust.
To secure your date, a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required. Final payment is due 30 days before your event.
